The CEBHC is working in collaboration with the Desmond Tutu TB Centre and Health Systems and Services Research at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Stellenbosch University, on the EVISAT (EVidence to Inform South African Tuberculosis policies) project. The project is funded by WHO in support of the National Department of Health. On the 21-22 October a consultative workshop, convened by WHO and National Department of Health, brought together individuals working at national and provincial level as well as researchers and key decision makers in the field to discuss interim findings of the project.
